Fig. 01 — Everything inside Fresco

You want a feed that always looks like you. Here’s how it happens.

Seven tools, one chain of custody: a living brand kit feeds locked templates, templates fan out to every channel, approvers sign off, and the calendar publishes. Nothing drifts, because nothing is left to chance.

§ 02 — The toolkit, part one

Build the rules your whole team will follow

Start where brands start: the kit, the templates, the sizes. Get these three right and every post after them is a formality.

Tool 01 / Brand kit

A living brand kit

Colors, typefaces, logos and the rules for using them, in one place. Edit a hex and every template that uses it repaints, so the brand on your calendar is always the brand in your kit.

How it fits your weekThe designer updates Ember on Tuesday morning; the intern’s Friday story already uses it.

  • Colors, fonts, logos, usage rules
  • Rule warnings before publishing

Tool 02 / Locked templates

Templates your team can’t break

Lock the logo, the palette and the grid. Leave the headline and the photo open, with a character limit on each. A first-week hire ships a story that looks like your designer made it.

How it fits your weekDesigners build five templates on Monday; the whole team fills them in for the other four days.

  • Lock any layer with ⌘ L
  • Character limits on every open field

Tool 03 / One-click resize

Paint once, fit every channel

Pick the formats and Fresco rebuilds the layout for each: feed, story, LinkedIn and TikTok cover. Locked layers keep their position rules, so the logo never ends up in the safe-zone dead space.

How it fits your weekOne Night Market design becomes four exports before the coffee cools.

  • Safe zones per channel
  • Export four sizes in one pass

§ 03 — Workflow

Follow one post from kit to live

  1. Mon · 09:00

    Kit

The designer confirms colors and rules in the kit.

  2. Mon · 11:30

    Template

Open fields and locked layers are set.

  3. Tue · 10:00

    Fill

A teammate writes the headline and drops in the photo.

  4. Tue · 14:20

    Approve

The approver comments on canvas and signs off.

  5. Wed · 08:45

    Publish

The post goes out from the calendar on schedule.

§ 04 — The toolkit, part two

Ship it, measure it, keep it safe

After the design comes the harder part: sign-off, scheduling, learning what worked, and deciding who can touch what.

Tool 04 / Approvals and versions

Sign-off without the email chain

Comments pin to the exact spot on the design. Every revision is saved as a version, and approvers see only what is waiting for them. Roll back in one click when a change goes sideways.

How it fits your weekTomás comments at 9:42, Priya fixes it at 9:51, the post is approved before standup.

  • Pinned comments, resolved in thread
  • Approval workflows on Atelier

Tool 05 / Calendar and publishing

A calendar that publishes

Every post has a slot, a channel and a status. Approved posts go straight to Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and Facebook at the minute you chose, with nothing re-uploaded by hand.

How it fits your weekSunday evening, you glance at the week: six scheduled, two waiting on an approver.

  • Week and month views
  • Bulk reschedule and bulk approve
Fig. 06 — Posts table

Tool 06 / Channel analytics

See which channel earns its slot

Reach, engagement and best posting times sit next to the posts that produced them. Spot the rhythm of a good week, then schedule the next one into the same pocket.

How it fits your weekFriday’s review takes two minutes: the Oct 29 spike was the Harvest Table reel.

  • 30-day reach by channel
  • Top posts ranked per channel
Fig. 07 — Reach by channel

Tool 07 / Roles and seats

The right hands on the right layers

Designers edit kits and templates, teammates fill open fields, approvers sign off. Add or remove seats as your team changes, and see who can do what at a glance.

How it fits your weekA contractor joins Monday with fill-only access and leaves Friday without a hand-over.

  • Seats from 3 on Sketch to 15 on Studio
  • SSO and role permissions on Atelier

§ 05 — Under the hood

Trust the machinery behind the paint

Brand assets are valuable and calendars are deadlines. Here is how Fresco protects both and plugs into the tools you already run.

  • Security

Role permissions decide who can edit kits, templates and publishing. SSO is available on Atelier, and every kit change is logged with who made it and when.

  • Reliability

Every revision is saved as a version, so a bad edit is one click from undone. Scheduled posts show a clear status, and anything that fails to publish is flagged to its owner right away.

  • Fonts and files

Licensed brand fonts are hosted once and used everywhere, with nothing for teammates to install. Custom font hosting is part of Atelier.
